Services

OPD

Consultations and treatment on all women’s reproductive health problems. Few examples like abnormal uterine bleeding, menstrual dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, vaginitis, menopausal syndromes
Procedures like HPV screening, colposcopy, biopsy sampling, endometrial sampling, breast and vaginal examination, ultrasound examinations and insertion and removal of pessary to treat pelvic floor dysfunction
Pre-conception counseling and investigation and family planning counselling
Infertility investigations and treatment limited to only Ovulation induction
Pregnancy care from conception till expected date of delivery with close monitoring of high-risk pregnancies and referral cases from other districts
Post-partum care and consultation
Gynecological tumor diagnosis and follow up

Surgery

Cesarean section (Both Emergency and elective)
Hysterectomy with or with salpingoophorectomy
Myomectomy
Laparotomy and laparoscopic surgeries like cystectomy, tubal ligation, salpingectomy, oophorectomy, diagnostic laparoscopy
LEEP
Dilatation and curettage
Dilation and evacuation
Hysteroscopy

IPD

High risk pregnancies management during antenatal, close labour observation and delivery and post- partum care like Hypertension complicating pregnancies, diabetes, antepartum hemorrhage, hyperemesis, PPH, IUFD
Induction of labour and delivery for postdated pregnancies or high-risk pregnancies
Conducting Normal spontaneous labour and delivery as well as vaginal assisted delivery like vacuum delivery
Gynecological patients admitted for surgeries like laparotomy, LEEP, D&C
EENC and KMC

Post natal care
