As part of the assessment in the research module of the third-year BSc. Nursing and Midwifery students of Royal Thimphu College, a result dissemination was conducted. The topics covered a wide range of current issues relevant to the field of midwifery and paediatrics, reflecting the students’ engagement with contemporary challenges and innovations in maternal and child health care.

The studies were conducted at CRRH, Gelephu, which provided a practical setting for the students to apply their research skills and gain insights into real-world practices. The selection of topics underscored the importance of addressing pressing health concerns and the role of midwives in improving health outcomes.

For data analysis, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software was utilized. This powerful tool enabled the students to perform various statistical analyses, facilitating a thorough examination of their research findings. By employing SPSS, the students could interpret their data effectively, drawing meaningful conclusions that contribute to the existing body of knowledge in midwifery practice.

Overall, the dissemination of results not only showcased the students’ hard work and dedication but also highlighted the significance of research in informing and enhancing midwifery education and practice in Bhutan.
