The two-day capacity-building workshop on Bhutan Healthcare Standard Quality Assurance (BHSQA) for healthcare professionals and hospital administrative officials, coordinated by the Health Services Quality Assurance Division (HSQAD) of the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Unit, concluded today.
The program aimed to familiarize health staff with BHSQA’s standards, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while also understanding the rationale for implementing these indicators to enhance informed decision-making and improve the quality of healthcare services.
A total of 62 representatives from health centers across Sarpang Dzongkhag and CRRH participated in the program.
