The hospital administration expresses its profound gratitude to the De-suung fraternity for their selfless dedication to the Tsa-Wa-Sum. During the COVID-19 pandemic, De-suups played an essential role alongside healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of healthcare services during challenging times.
De-suups were instrumental in managing quarantine facilities, acting as a vital bridge for effective service delivery and ensuring timely disease surveillance. In isolation facilities, they worked tirelessly to ensure safety and adherence to protocols. Additionally, the hospital took pride in training the first batch of De-suup Plus locally, who later received national certification. These De-suup Plus members served as the primary points of contact for medical support in reverse isolation facilities.
Beyond the pandemic, their invaluable support continued. Post-lockdown, the De-suup Plus team continued their service by taking vital signs for patients, including blood pressure and pulse rate, managing crowd control, and providing general assistance to patients. As they conclude their services at the hospital on November 1, 2024, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the De-suung fraternity for their unwavering commitment to supporting healthcare services.
