Pediatric unit consists of:

  • 2 Pediatrician
  • 15 nurses

Services

  • Pediatric Echocardiography
  • Pediatric point of care Ultrasound
  • Routine Check-Ups.
  • Acute Care
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Developmental Assessments
  • Nutrition and Feeding Support
  • Mental Health Services: Initial assessments for behavioral and emotional issues and
  • Referrals to child psychologists or psychiatrists
  • Education and Counseling
  • Specialist Referrals: Coordination with pediatric specialists (e.g., cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology).
  • Emergency Consultations: Immediate evaluation of urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.
  • Follow up care:
  • Regular follow-up appointments for ongoing health issues.
  • Monitoring response to treatments and adjusting care plans.
  • High risk follow-up
  • Surfactant administration
  • UVC insertion
  • Central Line
  • PICC Line
  • Intubation and mechanical Ventilation
  • Intrathecal Methotrexate
  • Lumbar puncture
  • Cannulation both for IPD and OPD
  • NICU level 3 care:
    • 6 beds allotted
    • Ventilator, CPAP, High flow and incubator care for all critically ill neonate
  • Phototherapy services for jaundice newborns
  • KMC services for low birth weight and premature babies
  • Management of all kind of sick newborns at neonate ward and postnatal ward.
  • PICU level 3 care:
    • 2 beds allotted
    • Ventilator, CPAP and high flow care for all critically ill pediatric age children
  • General pediatric ward services for management of all kind of sick child
